2024-2025 Enrollment Form

We are happy that you have chose Prince of Peace Lutheran School for your child's preschool or prekindergarten education! We invite you to contact the school if you would like a tour or have any questions about our programs. You may stop in during regular office hours (Monday - Friday from 8:00a - 4:00p, August through May; Monday - Friday from 8:00a - 12 noon, June & July) to enroll your child. You are also invited to print a form at home and either mail back to us with along with the registration fee or drop off in person.
